OutSelling’s success stems from our team’s unique blend of experiences and backgrounds in all aspects of Outdoor Advertising. These resumes include extensive roles from both sides of the desk; successful careers in both selling to buyers as well buying from sellers. We’ve held management positions at major OOH companies and have director level experience at some of the largest agencies in the world. It’s this uncommon DNA that allows us to understand your needs and clearly communicate that to our partners in the industry.
OutSelling was created to:
• Partner with quality operators to deliver top notch and cutting-edge opportunities.
• Develop a unique approach to sales that is devoted to exceeding all expectations.
• Open minds to new opportunities that this medium brings.
Since 1990, Bob has been re-creating and re-defining how OOH is sold and managed. Starting his career with Whiteco Outdoor Advertising; at the time, one of the largest outdoor advertising companies in the U.S., Bob went from local sales, to regional and then promoted to VP of National Sales. This broad experience of selling to the local “mom and pop” advertisers as well as to most of the top Global marketers, gives Bob a keen instinct on value selling and what it takes to make a buyer buy. After Whiteco was sold, Bob moved to Eller Media (now Clear Channel Outdoor) as a National Account Executive based in Chicago. He was soon promoted to Vice President Sales Manager responsible for 58MM in billing for the Chicago region.
In 2003, Bob joined Sam Zell’s Equity Office Media Network as National Account Manager where he was tasked with launching this new dynamic outdoor medium in some of the finest office centers in the country and promoting its value to the Outdoor Industry.
Bob then created OutSelling Incorporated in September 2004 and has never looked back. (Well, truth- be- told, he looks back all the time, but then decides it’s better to move forward.)

Another product of Whiteco Outdoor, Tim was the Marketing Manager for the Chicagoland NW Indiana region. He quickly jumped into sales and sold successfully both locally and then nationally for four years until moving to LA in pursuit of his calling as a street performer on the Santa Monica Pier. With medical bills mounting, a week later he joined Outdoor Vision (now Posterscope,)…planning, buying and presenting for companies such as Nissan, Infiniti and Apple to name a few.
In late 2000, Outdoor Vision sold to Carat NA, and Tim once again moved back to Chicago and into sales working for Regency Outdoor and calling on accounts in the Central/Midwest.
In 2005, Tim was drawn back to the agency side and began working for Starcom. As an OOH Director, he managed media for Miller Brewing, Gap Inc, Allstate, Beam Global, Kraft and Samsung to name a few. He successfully called Starcom his home for seven years before moving back to the sales side where his last challenge was establishing a sales presence for Access Sports (DOOH in professional sports venues throughout the US.) in the Midwest and managing West Coast activity.
As a seasoned veteran in the Out of Home space, Tim brings us great knowledge and insight of this medium from both a client’s and sales’ perspective.
